Button front shirt is gathered to yoke in back. Sleeves have single button closure.

Pattern is printed, partly cut and checked complete, in very good condition. Instruction sheet is in very good condition, with some spotting. Envelope is in good vintage condition, with a tape mark along the bottom edge and a partial side split.
